Pierre Peters, Cuvee de Reserve Brut 2004- If your looking for a classic small producer of elegant refinement, then this Champagne from the Millesime region, Ay, offers a discerning choice of precise balance, of biscuit, nut, and lemon zest.
Terre Gaie, Prosecco, Brut- This is an Italian sparkler Terre Gaie winery from an Italian estate grown fruit that is fresh and elegant. We enjoyed this Prosecco on Thanksgiving with grilled prawns. A pleasingly rich, crisp Italian sparkler.

David Lower started collecting small winemakers in the early 90s from Spain, Italy, Burgundy, California, Washington, Oregon.
