Considered the purist form of terroir in a Burgundy from the town of Chablis. For classic Grand Cru Chablis of the steely, mineral variety look no further than the Domaine Known as the Domaine des Iles, the Tremblay estate totals an impressive 34 hectares or 82 acres and has been in the family for six generations. These are wines of pure breed with beautifully clean and crisp flavours and from the uncomplicated but refreshing village wines and elegant 1er crus through to the balance, power and purity of the Grand Crus.Very lovely rich nuances with a nice floral bouquet.

Grand Cru is the highest rating for a vineyard. And this Chablis has it.

2005 Ampelidea P.N. 1328-As soon as 2000 though, they began to farm organicly their iconic PN 1328 [1328 is the cadastral number of this plot, it became the name of the cuvée], the Pinot Noir of his high-end Ampelidae cuvée. The whole of the estate was converted organic in 2004 and all the wines are made from organicly-grown grapes. P.N. 1328  is the jewel of the estate, a low-volume wine. Nose with blueberry and soft spices. Woody feel too. On the second mouth, the wood feels well integrated. this is still a young wine, this cuvée is tailored to age much more.
